Review my dropshipping website? 2,200 + products..

Hey Michael great start.
Who is your buyer? What do they want? Possibly a bit impersonal the site. Also I've noticed that its mainly women who will buy and they don't really like pictures of thin models your homepage is full of them so you might want to consider changing those designs up a bit and choose other designs even if the models are pleasing to a male eye not sure about females.
You need to get some seal of approvals on the site to give buyers trust such as BBB in the US.

Very nice. Have never heard before that women don't like pics of thin women. You can always throw in a large size section, but unless you were going to be a speciality plus size lingerie store, I'd keep the front page photos as they are. I like the site.

To be honest it looks good "could use some improvement in some areas". Make sure you let your customers know your available via phone. There's no phone number on the site

It's a nice site but seems to be designed and supplied by some lingerie-supplies.com as a turnkey solution that they are offering on their website. The original poster was either too excited to own a turnkey website, or just wanted a link back. Not an original effort.

Good website just change the feature images(pink background) as it doesn't match your website theme use cool colors. otherwise everthing is fine.

My review of your site will start with the eye-candy rating. I'd have to say your sitting at a 9.6/10. I had to deduct .4 for the clone-stamping out of nipples.

Ignore what others have said about women not liking looking at women. The studies I've encountered show statistically that women click on ads with images of women more than images of men... Obviously men do to. So your imagery is right on target.

Next thing I look at (after a lengthy browse of your different models) is the SEO side of things, because I love organic search engine traffic... And with 2200 products, you could rank for thousands of phrases, easy!

Your meta data is lacking... You need to add keyword specific (this is assuming you've already found your target keywords in Google's keyword tool) titles, descriptions and keywords to your home page, category pages, sub pages and eventually to each product page.

Then you need to figure out how to get more unique content on every page.... Your home page has zero written content.... Category pages... Zero content and even on the product pages themselves... Zero unique content.

Hopefully you got the memo that content is king... Because, it is! Without unique and relative content on every page, the search engine spiders will never truly fall in love with your site like most will fall for your models.

If you have $ and little time, hire someone to write and publish the copy for you... If you have time and little $, put on a pot of coffee and start writing! Start with the top level categories, then sub categories and then product descriptions.

I cannot see a physical address, a phone number (preferably freephone), and a shipping / return policy. This is going to put a lot of potential buyers off.

To the comment about women not liking thin women Im not sure I fully agree with that. Thin women are what "less" thin desire to be and when they see a sexy model wearing sexy lingerie that they could potentially buy and look like them they are more inclined to buy. Besides the fact that this website is a dropshipping website so its for resellers and not consumers. A+ on the site! Looks great

I will give you my opinion as a seller in EBay.
The deference between Retail price & Wholesale Price is too big although the minimum quantity where i saw is not big.
By searching on EBay i could find cheaper products - you must give what is your advantage over other products.
Remember a drop shipper you are giving service for seller direct to the costumer. so your price must be good and the service excellent!!!
I think you should find a way to approve sellers for example they must sell in 200$ minimum a year for start and avoid selling for direct costumer in drop shipping site.
The shipping price & time table must be at front.

Move the about us link from the bottom to the top nav bar.
Add info with a personal story if possible on your about us page.
Add some videos and things like that make it interactive.
Add a testimonials page.
Add helpful articles.

Wow, Thank you everyone for the feedback it really gave me a lot to think about.. I would like to target a couple of specific post..

Design -> Im working on customer banners, logos, business cards and as of right now the website is only about %70 done.. I really like the simplicity as of right now and I do not want to spam images all over the site, much like other sites..

SEO --> Onsite seo is still under construction once the website is completely done ill get this done.. Now for offsite seo im still looking into the best tactics to go for..

Content is KING -> Thank you very much "Cartellian" for the post I completely understand that I need to add unique content on every page, now considering there is 2200+ products im trying to find a script to assist me with this..

Future goals? --> Im still considering if I should go ahead and develop this business or sell out right away.. What would you guys consider? Do you see a lot of potential?

Good looking website mate. Are you able to incorporate facebook like and share buttons in your site and more importantly on your product pages? Also you should set up a facebook like page so your customers can keep in touch and interact with other customers and build a following that will be dedicated to the success of your brand. On your facebook like page include a tab that will show a special offer of the day by doing that you will increase your sales dramatically.

1. Design is good, minimalistic with good usability.
2. Links to products/categories should have keywords
3. ...and yes - the content is king.
4. Social media
5. In old browsers like IE6 will not work left menu, so you should implement short script with information for all old browsers about upgrade them. Unfortunately, a lot of people are using outdated browsers

Hi there,

I am by no means an expert about site layouts or ecommerce, however, I noticed that your shopping cart features a "01, 02 and 03" step checkout process.

I find the large font and the zero before each number to be somewhat off-putting and I'm not sure that this is the user experience you want customers to have during the final phase of the buying process.

My experience may not represent that of the majority of consumers, however, the format and layout of your "steps" process at the top of the shopping cart definitely stood out to me as something that didn't "flow" with the rest of the site (which I really like!).

Just a few thoughts.
