How I found my dropship supplier

Hello All

I notice quite a few posts of people asking how to find dropshippers or wholesalers. This is how I found mine

Once you find a product you would like to wholesale, more than likely the name of the product has been trademarked.

Go to Trademarks Home and do a search of that name, if the name has, in fact, been trademarked then you will now have the company that has trademarked it.

Now search for that company and contact them.

I did not know much about dropshipping when I started and I was only looking for a wholesaler. When I contacted the company for the product I found and wanted to sell they offered the dropship opportunity, which allowed me to sell many related products instead of just a few.

    That's great information Al, thanks. I had a catalog site a few years and am thinking about getting back into it. Dropshipping is really the only way to go if you want to sell a variety of products.

      Great advise , i also use many Chinese dropship and wholesalers as they seem to be the cheapest about, which you can find through alibaba.com

    Another good way to find dropshippers is to go to Ebay and type in your product keyword. Check out the auctions that are selling and are selling at the prices you want and look for the manufacturer of those products. Sometimes the wholesaler or manufacturer themselves are running the auctions. Contact them and ask them if they would dropship.
