Newb needs help! E-Commerce web site selling fashion to girls in the US/UK/AU/EU etc.

I can offer some tips for your online store. Honestly I see it a lot these days where eBay store owners are moving to their own website due to fees among other things.

1. EDM, I have thousands of email address from PayPal, can I use them when promoting my new web site?
That would certainly be a great kick start to your new website, however you should adhere to anti spam laws in your country. My suggestion would be to use the newsletter feature in eBay to announce your new store as they would have opted in to to receive your updates.

2. Since the targeted audiences are young girls, I am planning to spend most time on Instagram (I have seen someone who spent 0, but brought tons of traffic by using instagram alone). Should I get a Bot? Anything else we could do?
I'm not familiar with marketing through instagram but you should look in to Pinterest. I've heard of people getting a lot of traffic by pinning their product pictures etc. and especially in your industry.

3. Is Indian SEO company reliable? Should I get a plan to try it out?
There is really no way to know unless you get a referral from someone you know or you try them out yourself. SEO is a service I offer so I would be happy to give more specific advise if you need it.

4. Anything else that we could do to increase sales? I understand that there are quite a number of IMer here who is targeting young girls market, I am willing to work with you.
There are many things you can including SEO, comparison sites, pinterest/instagram, PPC like Adwords and Facebook, blogging, product reviews or press releases. Once again happy to answer more specific questions if you had a certain strategy in mind.

If you use an email service like Aweber you can import those emails and basically inform them that you're putting them on your list and they can decide whether they want to opt in or not. The ones that confirm opt in, you will be able to communicate your special offers, latest updates and your new site.

Not sure about instagram though I've seen friends who post with instagram a ton.

Try Fiverr.com out and test some individuals who can do SEO for a low risk price. Check their reputation on Fiverr and the amount of gigs they have done. Then you can go at a longer term with them once you get some excellent results.

I've been doing a lot of window shopping recently where young-ish clothings had beautiful / cool models attached with the price tag. My girlfriend tend to be persuaded by clothing that have models since she can visualize better I suppose. Perhaps some of your vendors may be able to send you more photos of models or you can hire some high school kids to dress up for you and take some nice photos and post them on Facebook , Pinterest and so on.
