I want to improve my E-commerce, and I'm looking for very good books, dvd, online course, blog to improve the marketing and sales of my E-commerce

    One of the best, eCommerce related courses I have ever seen is Stomping The Search Engines 2.

    While it's mostly about SEO, commerce shops are used there as live examples and I learned some very good tips & tricks.

    You might be interested in neuromarketing. You easily find a lot of interesting materials related to neuromarketing in google. Almost all of them are very useful.

    There aren't any blue print for running a eCommerce business.

    Selling apparels will be very different from selling cell phone accessories.

    Carrying hundreds of items will be different from only carrying single or a few items.

    Certainly agreed that SEO is very important, but it'll take time and a lot of testing and tweaking. Personally prefer PPC, you'll see result faster and figure out whether you're on the right track or not. But it'll cost you a lot more at the beginning, but definitely worth the money in long run.

    I'm just assuming that you're interested in selling physical products other than digital products.

      Yes i'm speaking about physical products. Of course selling Tv, clothing or flower is a different marketing approach, but I'm looking for marketing strategy that you can apply for all E-commerce buisness like:

      - Flash sales
      - Cross selling
      - Up sell
      - Wht do you need to have in the first page (phone, trust label,... )
      - Sales funnel
      ...

      Any other ideas ?

    First you have to realize which type of marketing products you are familiar more. After that you can search with these. Because of my friend's starts without unknown marketing strategies he failed in his trend.
