Need help with getting traffic to ebay listings.

I have several ebay listings which are getting very low views. I think have done everything I'm suppose to do as far as the title,picture and the description. Is there a way to see what other listings have for keywords. I've tried to use as much keywords a possible but still getting not as many views as I would like. The more people that look at the listing the better chance of me getting a sale. I have had 40 views in one week. I would like that per day at least. Is there a free program that I could use to spy on other listings keywords because I am clueless. I have brought the price down but still it's not selling like I want. Here is the listing, can someone please provide some feedback because I am at a loss. I need to know what type of seo I can use for my ebay listings. Here is my listing.

    What I noticed when I clicked on the "Similar Items" link was that your machine was priced at twice the price of similar models. Ebay is a great place to find an audience for your items, but it is a very competitive place indeed. Pricing for commodity items can feel like a race to the bottom. If there is nothing unique about this used laptop, you may need to adjust your price.

    It's essentially because you are selling an older laptop worth about $80-$100 for a BIN of $250.

    That is more than double the cost people are actually buying a IBM ThinkPad T43 for on eBay.

    On eBay, the cheapest item makes the sale.

    You can promote your eBay listing on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and more for getting more traffic.

    Have you considered creating a micro-site based around your keyword? A site that's focused specifically on what you're striving to sell on eBay? One that's been optimized to receive traffic that can then click the links to your listing?
