please help opencart error (Warning: Cannot modify header information)

I'm getting this error everytime i try to login,logout,register,edit my account, subscribe.

I checked some forum posts and people say that there should be an empty space problem before or after php tags, but there is not such kind of problem.
then i found that problem is that i translated my language files from english to my language (Georgian). when I use original language files, everything works fine, but the problem is that I need to have Georgian language store. On localhost (xampp) translated language files worked fine,exprienced no problems, the same was on test server (Index of /) - no problems too.
can someone explain me why it happens? I tried almost everything.
