Drilling down to the Beginning for a "Just Starting Out" Newbie

Good Afternoon, Folks. Long time lurker, first time poster.

I'm looking for basic pre-startup information. By pre-startup information I don't mean info on Affiliate Sites, IM, or Dropshipping, I'm still learning about all of those. I'm looking more for how you all set up prior to getting started.

I've yet to start a blog or site despite researching the last couple of months. When I finally do I'd like to have the groundwork set up. Such as:

1) How did you begin as an entity? Immediately an LLC? Sole Proprietor? Did you start as one and move to another? When you moved into multiple sites, did you have a separate entity per site or all under one?

2) Banking: Same question. Did you have a business account that they all fed into and paid out of? Multiple accounts for multiple sites?

3) Most of the blogs/sites I've seen have some form of "contact us" reference. Along the same lines would all of these have unique emails? or have them all feed into a unified email account?

I've searched for some of this info but have been largely unsuccessful. I'm either a poor searcher or this is too simple a request for this forum. Either way any help you all can provide would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Brick.

How you form your company is mainly up to you, but I will suggest you form an LLC. You only need one. You name your LLC whatever you want and all the income you make from whatever sites you have get reported to there. So for example, I could be Audarahs Marketing, LLC and have ten websites, and all income is going to be part of the LLC. When you open your bank account, you will have to take your LLC papers with you to the bank. My bank account would then be called Audarahs Marketing LLC. You dont want to go out forming different entities for different sites so that is a no!
My websites all have their own unique email addresses. If I have Audarahs website one, then my email addy matches that. If I have Audarahs website two, the email addy matches that and so on. I just use Mozilla Thunderbird on my laptop so I can check ALL of the email accounts at the same time. I generally think it is a very bad idea to use the same email address for different sites.

Thank you for the reply, Audarah. I have a better idea which way to go now.
