Shopping Engines/Retail Tower

I feel as this is a totally newbie question--but as I am not an IT super geek--some of the IT stuff is where I get caught up on. I am using Shopify's app Retail Tower to add my site's merchandise to the various sites. Should I be able to find my product The Find etc---if I did this correctly. I added my info to The Find 3 weeks ago and I don't think I have seen one hit onto my website from it. Anyone else using Retail Tower---I have some other specific questions. The site hasn't been too helpful, but perhaps I will try them again.

I use RetailTower to submit my feeds as well (including to thefind) and I can tell you that if it's been 3 weeks something is not linked properly...

If you link your feed to thefind correctly it will typically be live on their site within 2 or 3 days.

Also, I would recommend "upgrading" your thefind account to their 2.0 membership if you haven't already. It's free to do and it leads to more exposure/traffic.

Wait--I posted too soon. I found my listings on there but buried past page 5. Yes--I am upgraded to 2.0.

  Ouch! One thing that helped my listings rank higher on there is going through all of the attributes from my feed on the backend of RetailTower and making sure they were all categorized/linked to the correct fields.
  
  I would recommend double checking all of that if you haven't already.
