Hi

Which is the best drop ship management software?:

vendornet.com
//price not visible on website, probably expensive.

dropship.com
//price not visible on website, probably expensive.

ordoro.com
//expensive, not unlimited unless you pay a very high price per month.

upshotcommerce.com
//seems to suck, but could be wrong.

oxford-consulting.com
//price not visible on website, probably expensive.

linnworks.com
//expensive.

commercehub.com
//price not visible on website, probably expensive.

inventorysource.com
//doesnt have unlimited monitoring of dropshippers, only once a day.

ecommhub.com
//seems like it could be pretty good, but limited to only certain carts, kind of expensive, doesn't seem to offer sales channel feed updates.

dropshipcommerce.com
>>>> works with all carts with product import function, also ebay, etc., any dropshippers providing product feeds, low cost, no limits, no monthy fees, you own it, very powerful.

Comments on any experience with any of these would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Linnworks in a very big system, so if you use all the system then it is worth the money. Otherwise, if you only have under 100 products, you can get the free version.

        Hi there,
I would like to create an online store gathering for example shoes from many vendors, basically, the ones not available on Amazon. My idea is to post them on my online store, add a margin (small percentage), and dropship / redirect the order to the original website, so they are going to be the ones fullfilling the order..

Does any of mentioned software offers such a possibility?

        Thank you in advance!

        Cheers,
        Corneliu

I used Droptec for my store in the UK. Saved me hours updated inventory and adding new products. It was useful as new products in the adult world come and go fast.I am not sure if they are supporting US markets but maybe worth getting in touch with them to see if they do. I wouldn't say Linnworks is expensive, as mentioned it is a big systems with a lot of features including a bulk listing tool, stock control, order management, image hosting, translation, reporting, invoice designer, courier integration and much more.

Including our free trial and paid subscriptions, we also offer a Free Version called Express which is ideal for start ups.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Same here? Where is the free starter of Linnworks? Im looking for a drop ship system for the company Im with but I need to try them out for much more than 7,15 and 30 days! I dont know why they offer that. To really test everything out there needs to be real deal sign ups not just dev tests.

          Thank you

I have read with much interest the other threads on this drop shipping software; scrapperx, however I didn't see it listed here or have seen any feedback by anyone using the system. I would greatly appreciate any feedback by those that have. Thanks!

Try MultiChannelWorks.com as well their system is built specifically for online sellers who sell on multiple accounts in multiple countries.

            Worth a try.

OK I figured it out! For Linnworks just download the free trial and then when you install it the installer will ask you what version do you want to install . Options are the 30 day unlimited trial and the express edition. Just pick express and follow instructions.

Enjoy and thank you Linnwork !

From the looks of this list these options can tend to be quite pricey, not to mention the fact that by utilizing dropshipping as an online seller your margins probably aren't as high as they could be if you were fulfilling orders in-house, or through a 3PL. So cost and your overhead matter greatly if you're looking to remain competitive and turn a profit.

Another big concern with a lot of these softwares is they're not full solutions and only take care of a small aspect of your online business. For instance, Ordoro covers inventory across multiple channels and handles shipping, in this case your dropshipping. That's all well and good, but what about your analytics, customer support, accounting, shipping labels, warehouse management, and vendors? Even after implementing anyone of these softwares you need to implement several more for full functionality.

Piecing together solutions to run your e-commerce is a headache not to mention the dev time it takes to set everything up. How about the softwares that end up taking a percentage of revenue? That's always fun.

Your dropshipping software should be a solution to not just your shipping, and inventory management needs, but your entire e-commerce needs. Your software should also be out of the box ready, highly compatible to your sales-channels and for a low cost that doesn't take a percentage of revenue.

Save yourself a lot of time and effort and check us out. We're an all-in-one cloud based solution that runs your entire business from one unified platform for a fraction of the cost of other softwares out there.

  • The company I work for offers dropship management. We offer inventory and sales order management software, but have dropship management built in. It will automate the communication between you and your suppliers, so you'll save some time on that end.

I use an app called e-productplug for my Shopify store. I pay about $45 per month but it saves me HOURS from having to manually input the info from my vendor's spreadsheet onto my website. The best part is, when the vendor adds a product or discontinues something I don't have to sit there and pick through the spreadsheet.

As for some nice warehouse management software, I recommend you to take a look at the one from https://www.meadewillis.com/warehouse-management-system/ I really like using it for my company, and I think that it is a really nice and handy tool for managing inventory or your warehouse. I think you will like it too, good luck

We use Magento and evaluated almost every dropshipping process on the market. After considering everything we selected Magestore Dropship Module.

It has several big advantages over systems like Ordoro and Linnworks.

    1. Unlike Ordoro and Linnworks there are no monthly fees. The upfront cost for Magestore Dropship was about $3000 including install, the package will also include a POS system and connect with their own Inventory module. Linnworks and Ordero would have been nearly $300/month ongoing - forever. Especially, they offer 365-day refund. Idk but it is A LOT. And their support is, well, super supportive and friendly. I need to emphasize this.

    2. Dropship is built into Magento instead of a separate software package. That makes things significantly easier instead of importing/exporting orders and inventory and going back and forth between any systems.

    3. Their extension is totally open source so it can be customized if necessary. Believe me, I try other Dropship extension providers and all of them can't help customization??? Believe me, we waste no least than $5000 trying several Magento extensions providers, it is such a pain...

The only caveat we have so far with Magestore is somehow livechat need 1-2 hours for response. It is clear their location based in US, but livechat is always at a random time.
