Jewelry selling strategy

a relative makes jewelry and wants to sell it online. She has about 100 items at a time. I am looking into how she should set up her overall plan. My first idea for her is to build a wordpress site.
But then I think should she focus on putting up an Etsy store instead?
Should she sell on facebook or just have a page?
should she sell on ebay?

    Go for an etsy shop to get recognized quicker. You do need about 100 listings to get noticed in search and use ALL 13 tags for each and every listing. I've found this to be very useful for getting found. Good luck!
