Dear all members and support team i am new on warrior and as well in this board. i just want to know can i talk about any e-commerce site or even can we post our store url or referral url in our post ?

Yes, you can. However - if it is an affiliate link, or if you're spamming your site to be self-promotional, we can tell. And Warrior's aren't too sympathetic on that.

A good rule of thumb is if you're posting your site, you're asking for help on it. Not selling anything.
