Hello

I am building a website that going to sell a unique software and I want to know the best billing processors that I can use.
Note: I am from Europe and dont have register busniness company.

    here's what i would do:

    i would launch with a verified paypal business account accepting payments. most likely your cart system has a module for paypal already built-in.

    while that is running, i would begin conversations with reps from more traditional merchant account firms.

    there are several reasons why i suggest this for a new, small ecommerce site.

    Paypal, 2Checkout, Google Checkout are a few to get you started. For many eCommerce companies it is always wise to have multiple processing accounts and to continually grow your volume as your business grows. I could recommend some international processing companies but they will typically require you to be have a registered business first.
