So you have traffic arriving to your website.... What are your best methods for converting that traffic into sales?

I saw one great idea in this forum which was to offer expiring discount coupons. IE create a code twice a week with it expiring in a couple of days time.

Any other ideas?

Offering discounts is always a nice incentive for browsing shoppers to convert into buyers. Any way for a shopper to save money is going to help make that sale easier.

  • This is honestly a copywriting issue.

Closing the sale is all in the 'engaging' of your users. Once they are at your site - what are you doing ON SITE to convince them you're the 'greatest seller of this product ever?'

Why are they completing their research with YOU?

Why is your customer service, pricing, customer experience, returns policy, look and feel, BETTER than the competition?

In other words - why to people BUY from you and no one else?

This is how you close a sale. By convincing them that they HAVE to buy from you, because you've engaged them better than the competition - or convinced them there IS no competition.

    It's all in the copywriting.
