In the survey they asked WHY I ranked them so low....They just may contact me for further input..This is MY response. Anything would you like to ADD?
1)An acceleration process.When a c/s rep can not come up with a solution, it should be acceleration to a more experienced rep until it is solved. It took me 9 months to solve a PP problem that was ONLY a problem because of the language barrier. Anyone that spoke English as a 1st language and was from US would have understood.
2) buyer protection on digital download products.
3) let me have a business account and debit card in my LLC name

    To my knowledge, there's no official paypal survey. I've never been given one, and Paypal sure as hell doesn't care that they have bad customer service, or what you think about their company...

    So, PayPal is not doing any survey regarding the honesty of their clients/customers. Their concerns are coming only when we are talking about fraud and refund requests. In that moment they act very strange and they close the account in like 99% of the cases.
    About their customer support - it is one of the worst ever, I needed like 4 months to make them understand that my ID is different from my Passport - so no chance to get a better answers from them.

    Paypal is the most popular method now for transferring money online, and i have been using it for years. I never had problems with it. The survey you are talking about, i never attended a survey. Actually i never got time for it. You said it took 9 months to resolve your issue, its weird. I never took me more than 2 weeks to resolve a long issue.

    In 2011, I read about PayPal randomly sent e-mails to their customers inviting them to do a survey on how they can make their services better. They hired Decipher Inc. for this. This is different since they are asking why you ranked them so low. I am not sure if this is an official survey from PayPal but it's unlikely.

    I have gotten similar surveys and have given them similar responses, I tend to get a survey after each ticket that is marked as resolved by the agent, which normally is not resolved at all.

    Recently for some reason my PayPal service has become just awesome, I think it was because I recently got upgraded to a higher tier of merchant account, it seems they treat you better the higher you go up their chain. I get actual people e-mailing me these days, which is a long way from the automated responses I got as a first tier merchant and before.

    I have built my website so that I can drop PayPal completely in about 4 minutes and go strait to another system I am already a member of, but I hope I never have to do this, I suspect I won't, I am very happy with my current service, also I have only had one charge back in about seven years or so, but had the client actually repay me with PayPal within the week anyhow.
