300 orders per month with 10K visitors means 3% conversion rate. Good conversion rate in industry is 1%. So you have to get more visitors from HQ sources to get more orders or you can work on UX and site reliability to get above-average conversion rate. GL!

You can consider selling some space of your site for advertising. You get a lot of traffic so it won't be hard for you to find a marketer who is willing to post their ads on your space.

Give email marketing a try. Give something for free to get their email e.g discount or coupon. Then market to the list you have collected

If you can not change the traffic. Test different products. Find the needs of the customers. hopefully you will have a better conversation.

Hire a CRO - conversion rate optimization agent/agency to optimize the site for you!

They don't come cheap though.

Maybe you should ramp up the traffic (media buy/ PPV / PPC).

Like another person said; if you are getting 300 sales per month from 10k traffic then your conversion rate is at 3% which nothing to complain about!

Start thinking offline. I think your items would do very well with the Historically Black College crowd (Howard University, Morehouse, Spelman etc.) Also start to consider African American sorority and fraternity conventions and civic groups. Offline, word of mouth marketing in the African American community could really move your stuff. Also, eco-friendly and environmentally friendly minded people do like to buy products like the ones you offer as well. Beautiful stuff, by the way.

If you are selling service one good way to actually get a lot out of your business is to do offline marketing. We often forget that if we do marketing locally using, leaflet, banners, posters and via our own internal links it works best. Often we get busy on online ad, SEO, SEM, GOD knows, followers, fans and blah blah but basic principle of success networking and making human contacts works like a charm.

Not only the SEO can do but you also have to maintain your website. Good looking website can attract visitors to convert them to customers. I seen you don't have a logo. Make a nice good looking logo. One time investement can save lots of years.

Analysis your traffic first, where the traffic come from, the bounce rate, the landing page and leaving page. If the traffic is the potential customer of your site.

Then adjust your site with the target.

First let me apologize if this comes off harsh but... Normally I say the look and feel of your site doesn't matter but holy cats you need to clean up your site. The fact you got people to buy actually impresses the heck out of me. Your menu structure has no structure making it difficult to find anything. You have menu/categories that have nothing to do with your niche (engagement rings). Outside of the shopperreview plugin there is nothing that inspires confidence that what I am buying will come to me and that who I am giving payment to is a legitimate company.

Remove some of the plugins that are not only slowing your site down but cluttering it unnecessarily. Clean up your menu structure. Add more detailed product descriptions. Don't understand the importance and add in the sizing information or link to the menu.

Can I ask why you are not using a shopping cart? It won't cost you anything more than wordpress and is designed for commerce?

10,000 unique visitors/month are no less but no more to get more sales, you need to have more offers that attract your visitors into customers. otherwise, you can get revenue from advertising if you offer banners space.
