Step By Step Ecommerce Site From Scratch - What's it worth to you?

I'm curious what it would be worth to various people on here to have someone basically guide them through each step of the process (starting wherever you are currently - this could be in the I want a store but have no clue where to start phase, the I have a niche now what phase, the I have a site but no sales phase, etc) to where they are comfortable setting flight on their own.

I'm not really into all those WSOs and fancy marketing pages or the scroll down for 30 minutes while some dude throws a ridiculous pitch at you full of income "proof" etc. But I am considering taking on one or two people that are serious about building their own ecommerce sites and have the capital to work with. Nothing here is about making $30,000 in 30 days, or making $$$$s while you sleep on the beach sipping your pina colada.

Essentially I'm just curious what kind of value would it be to you personally to have someone available on Skype and phone to tell you what you need to do to get through each step. Most people throw some crap courses together, package it up really cute and fancy with shiny colors and try to get your $17 or 27 for it. Knowing what I know now after 5 years in the industry, I would pay some serious cash to have direct access to someone that actually knew what they were doing. The acceleration alone to overcome the hurdles would pay huge dividends in profitable operation time (think if you cut out 6-12 months of making almost nothing and replaced it with profits).

Kind of a food-for-thought post, I'm not offering anything or trying to sell anything but I do want to spark a conversation. I know there are some really experienced and smart people on here and there are a lot of rookies.
