My Expenses
Just 100$ For FB Ads
I only buy products from china when i get the sales here.
The response was amazing.

Interesting. But with 2-3 delivery promise from others, how are you able to make the buyers wait long? i.e., you order from china, get it imported and then ship it to your buyers? Isn't it a hurdle and hard to scale big?

    That's The Only Problem
I Take About 15 Days To Deliver The Goods
    I'm Selling For Cheap Now
So That's Why People Are Willing To Wait

Same as above... the profit margin is too small UNLESS

    1) You are going to do a LOT of volume and outsource

    2) You are planning to offer other services to the SAME customers... so you do not need to constantly find new ones.

Have you thought about building a list off your fanpage and new customers so you can market to them with future products related to the niche? That may increase your bottom line: Profits

Well done on getting some revenue coming in

Your profit is too low I would agree. You need to improve the shipment time as well. why not get items wholesale (not drop ship) then sell and ship them directly to your customers?

Profit margins are definitely too low. With clothing you can see up to 5-10% returns because of fitting issues or other reasons. That will wipe out any profits.

However you have identified a nice little niche with some potential. You should definitely consider buying some of this merchandise in bulk (especially the most popular sizes and styles). That way you will get a better price and save on shipping which will increase your profits.

Also if you accept credit cards your conversion rate will jump significantly. It gives buyers a sense of safety and you receive your funds faster.

That's Totally Different In India, People Like Cash On Delivery.
Very Few People Will Chose Credit Card Over Cash On Delivery

Seems like an awful lot of work to make $2. I am not sure this is the best ROI and most efficient use of your resources.

Yeah, multiply that $2.00 times ten and I'd give it a go and, even then, not be too excited about it. My time is worth at least $20/order (time to build site, process order, send to supplier, send tracking, deal with customers). And, as kjamesnv pointed out, how in the world will you ever deal with returns? I'd hate to be a customer and have to pay to ship something back to China that didn't fit. My wife goes to the mall, tries things on and somehow, half the time it doesn't fit when she gets it home (that "skinny mirrors" excuse).

But, if it makes you happy and you have no problems, go for it. If nothing else, it gives you a taste of eCommerce and you certainly seem to have a knack for marketing on Facebook - something that will pay off in future endeavors.

Your Facebook based e-commerce business is really a good concept. I am also thinking of doing the same. But have not yet put my steps forward as i am not sure about success. You have inspired me a little bit. Hope to give a try. I think you should use courier service like aramex, they are very fast in delivering items. Just take 2 or 3 days or max 4 days. Your customers will be satisfied.

I think it's ridiculous but if it's making you money and it's not too much work than why not keep it up? Maybe enhance your profits by sharing affiliate links that make you money on your page. I know there are india offers on the affiliate networks for dating, diet etc.
