Pretty good start, but I can immediately see many glaring issues in your store.

Here's a list of items I saw while checking it out quickly:
    • The homepage really needs a graphical representation of your categories. Just showing some random featured and new products is not very helpful to the average person that lands on your site.
    • The slider has a transparent gray area hovering over the right side that is clearly meant to have text on it but it doesn't.
    • The logo is super generic and low quality. If you want the trust of your visitors you need something high quality that's clearly built for YOUR brand.
    • There's no clear categories in your navigation at all. Listing all categories under a single drop-down is a huge mistake as most visitors will bounce before finding that.
    • The images in your slider look distorted and stretched and contain no calls to action whatsoever.
    • I don't like the fact that your store is on a subdomain and I ESPECIALLY don't like that fact that it's on a .ORG. In general, .ORGs are used as informational websites for organizations and not ecommerce stores.
    • I would nofollow the links to wordpress & woo themes in your footer as there's no reason to pass your PR to them.
    • There's a major lack of trust graphics on your website, in fact, there are ZERO of them. You need some graphics that will help you gain the trust of your visitors: seals, credit card icons, satisfaction guarantee, low price guarantee, etc.
    • Your right sidebar is in the opposite order it should be in. Categories should be first and all other components should come after that.
I'm sure there's a lot more, but that's what I saw on my quick "once through" of your store. To be totally honest, you are doing much more wrong than you are doing right and you are breaking a lot of the fundamental rules for converting customers. Start off fixing everything on this list and then seek additional reviews here on WF. That should really get you headed in the right direction and give you a website that converts visitors into customers!

    - The first thing I thought when landing on the site was, "I don't even know what this guy is selling". Mainly because all of your products are below the fold and there is no description above the fold. there are pictures of lettuce. Personally, I would change the pics to something that better gives the reader an idea of your service. perhaps having pictures of your products instead.

    - Dave touched on the gray thing on the side. Unless you put text there, it is slightly distracting and messes with the aesthetics of the site.

    - And everything else dave said as well. I understand that the theme may cause some of the issues, but these are fixable if you learn a bit of code or hire someone to fix it. or just choose a new theme.

    - Lose the .org

    - Your top navigation is screwy. you have a "Order Received" page in your nav, this should appear after someone purchases a product right?

    - Your contact page is also jacked. It says you didn't set the email up correctly.

    - Lastly, this sin't an ecommerce site. It is an affiliate website. patrons can't even purchase the product from your site, it just takes them to the affiliate site where they can actually purchase it.

Final Thoughts: Your site needs A LOT of work. That doesn't mean you should give up though. I'd suggest learning some code and think of things from a customer's perspective. If you cam upon your site, would you purchase a product?

Also, to get ideas, locate your top competitors. What are they doing that you're not? Chances are they are doing it for a reason.

    Some suggestions...

    new logo
make sure all your products have images
put content on your About page
    consider a new design/theme
add some informative articles to complement your products

ask yourself this question...what makes you stand out so that people will want to buy from you instead of other health product stores? Once you answer that, make sure that is clearly portrayed on your site.

I think most other people have covered it, but I would add to add content to the About page or remove it. Also, it looks too obviously a wordpress theme.

    My suggestions:

    *Get a new header
*A logo would also be a good idea
*Put useful content also, perhaps reviews of your products, tips and how-tos
*Try to change your layout into something more clean and with good navigation (your products look too crowded in the homepage)

    Good luck!

Hey man. To be honest it is not bad design. I build websites so I know, some of the comments made here are just over the top. Anyway, I only glanced at it, but here some suggestions:
    1. Change the logo to a png so the background shows through.
    2. Remove the shopping cart from the logo and put something like 2 doctors talking or a small pic of a shop ( a silhouette might be best)
    3. Just above the line -featured product- I would add a banner that suits the niche and put a catchy headline and sub-headline with 2 pics on either side of the text like this:
image 1 here headline image 2 here
    sub-headline
    4. Then below that I would put some content about what I am selling. That way people would
right then and there know what you are about and selling. No space left so that's all for now.

Rob here again. I am only talking about design not function Ok. Your use of colors is good, you blended it well.
    5. I would switch subscribe with categories and vice versa.
6.Move the payments image at the bottom, make it smaller but readable and put it just below the add to cart button. That's it for now , as I said I only took a quick look. With more time I could be more help. Good luck
