My eCommerce Website Need Help

Just joined WF and wanted to get some comments/suggestions on our website. Our product is virtually the only one out there that has a drop/charge feature where your device charges automatically. Using Big Commerce now but with only basically three products might move over to Shopify. Here's my link CoolInvent

    My quick take:

    This site has potential but my hunch is that with the current design conversions are very low. It needs a redesign.

    Research shows that photo sliders actually hurt conversions.

    Also think about what you want a visitor to look at when they come to your site. Its a little confusing a first glance what this site does and is about.

    What are the benefits of your product and how do they help me?

    People are unlikely to read that big block of text.

    Think about replacing the slider with a professional video on the front page showing the benefits and ease of use for your products.

    What is up with your logo and slogan? "putting cool ideas into action"... What does that have to do with the products you are selling?

    I feel with a proper redesign this could be a winner.

      Thanks for your reply and suggestions. Right now I'm using Big Commerce and thinking of switching over to Shopify or Squarespace as I only have four products. I agree with the slogan. I thought that the sliders were a help, but guess not. Any other suggestions or resources would be helpful. Appreciate your help!

    For ecommerce sites, photos should the main theme, not the text,including banners, detailed product photos from different angles, etc. Blog is another necessary part for ecommerce sites. Content marketing is the main trend. Maybe you can build a blog on your site. Another suggestion is that you may need to add a live chat solution on your site, which enables you to engage visitors in real time, helping you to improve customer service and sales conversion. You can choose one based on your requirements, such as Comm100 Live Chat, Live Person, etc.
