I know the threads that this company had started here on WF got shut down but I am so upset with the way they treated me and the horrible customer service I received I thought I would create a new post. Stay away from this company, it was a horrible experience for me and I just today got a resolution to my PayPal dispute and got my money back!

The people working there are idiots and could not manage to ship 3 phones to me after over a month of trying. They lied multiple times about shipping, gave me someone else's tracking information TWICE, ignored my e-mails about a refund and that's only part of it... Stay Away!

    I absolutely AGREE! When the seller first posted " Want to wholesale electronics?" I was excited contacted the seller on Skype, He sent me a price list. Things looked to good to be true, but I figured I would give it a shot. I ordered 3 Ipod touches after getting everything squared away after about an hour of chatting on Skype, I asked the seller how is your reputation? The seller then states we don't need your business we have many other clients who spend much more. Anyways I placed the order, I received a manifest paper in the mail about 13 days later, just a piece of paper about what I ordered. I contacted the seller and he said " I'm so sorry, we had a delay here is your tracking number" The tracking number was to someone on the east coast and I am on the west coast. The seller than stated " I'm sorry someone had the same name as you" YEA RIGHT! I filed a complaint with paypal, after no response the 3 weeks, I contact the seller 3 hours later after dispute is filled an instant response. " We are very sorry you have filed a complaint please close the complaint and I can give you tracking number" That's a joke right, I asked for my money back and finally got it from paypal. AVOID THIS GUY IT'S to good to be true.

      One of the 3 times I tried to replace the same order they insisted that a PayPal inquiry was open yet I had not received a single notification from PayPal or Swiftronics. After calling PayPal myself I confirmed with their rep that there was absolutely no inquiry or dispute open on the charge.

      In fact he told me they had the money the day I paid it! I swear those people couldn't find sand at the beach, what a waste of my time. :rolleyes:
