Do dropshippers have legal contracts with the suppliers they sell products for? How many dropshippers have contracts in place? Is there a template for this?

    Hi,
Yes, most of the sellers want you to sign up a legal contract and send them a scan copy of it.

It depends. Some do and some don't.

It depends on the supplier. I have some dropshippers that required that I fill out their retailer contract and submit my resellers license and others that didn't require anything. In fact one of my suppliers noticed that my Corp registration had lapsed and brought it to my attention.

I don't think I have any that have a "Formal" contract. A couple had a MAP policy that I had to sign and where I could sell products.

This is not the place to ask legal questions, most of us are not lawyers.

Yeah, but surely you can tell me if you have a contract in place with a manufacturer? That is not a legal question.

Yes, but when people give legal advice for an answer, they can get it big trouble. Asking what other people do is one thing. But your subject said 'legal question'.
