What do you do?

Do you have different ebay accounts for each market that you enter? Or do you just have 1 very big account?

For example, 1 account for selling antiques, another account for selling mobile phones, another account for dvd's. Or 1 big account called Big Store that covers everything from dvd's to clothes to kitchen sinks.

Thanks in advance!

I'd go for a few different accounts (although I'm not 100% Ebay like / allow it but there are ways)

It gives you a safety net should something happen. If you main account gets a run of bad feedback or you break a rule etc by mistake you listings will get moved downwards.

If you have a few accounts you could move listings to another account while you correct the problems.

But if you have one account selling hundreds of items they could ALL get moved down the listings costing you a lot.

Thanks for your advice, think will do separate ones. Plus think it will help each store look like an authority in that particular market

Watch out because if they find you have more than one account they might just lock them. I don't think it matters too much selling multiple items. You can make separate stores for each account though, you don't need separate accounts.

Already spoke with ebay and they said can have as many as I like. It's just Paypal is limited to 1 business & 1 individual account per person.

It's more about optimisation and branding than necessity.
