There's nothing wrong with your site that I can see so you have two choices:

    1) Work hard on SEO for the site to raise it's search engine ranking - slow to show results.

    2) Invest in good BUYER traffic and send it down a well designed, high converting sales funnel - this would show results in 24-48 hours.

Unfortunately none of this will help as there are major issues with the website that is going to hurt conversions. To be honest, I don't know how they have gotten any sales.

Categories along the top go to some flash based flip book where you have to some how copy and past products to find them? Fail.

Categories along the left don't work at all. If you happen to get lucky and click into a product you can see the breadcrumb to get you to a category, maybe. Fail.

Large categories with no sub-categories so you are expecting people to look through 3-4000 products to hopefully find something they want. You have helmets next to fuel filters next to handlebars. Fail

The page is to long forcing you to scroll and scroll and scroll to get to the bottom of the page.

I played with the site for 10 minutes and managed to maybe get to a product page where I could place it in cart but no customer is going to take the time to try and search this site.

My advice... start over from scratch. Sorry if this is harsh but really its a badly designed site and not customer friendly at all.

Wow!, you really gave the site a going over - I must admit I just looked at the front page.

Yep, on closer inspection, it does have problems

improve on your making strategy. especially on line people have to know you and what your product stand to offer them. then is necessary a better website and advertising medium

Dead links on your top social icons. They just route to "#". Few of the bottom banners look amateurish.

Ok so I just saw you website, and I am very impressed by it.
I love the fact that you have almost all the accessories or spare parts of almost everything. That is a wonderful idea.
But the one thing that i find missing is a Live Chat option in it. You have so many products in it that sometimes I'm guessing that people might get lost in your website that they won' even know how to get out of it.
But you need a Live Chat software to help your customers in finding things. Live Chat would help your customers in deciding and help in finding the things that they are looking for.
And Live Chat is helps you in more ways than it helps your customers.
