Return, privacy, et. al. policies.

I am interested to know, those who sell physical items, items that could be damages, lost in transit, from your warehouse, office, garages, what is you return policy? Is it pretty loose, strict, other? I understand that dropshippers may have different policies, all together.

Shipping policy: from the time you get the order, what is you "ship out" policy? And how does that change with backorders?

I'm comparing mine to others I'm seeing online, but there are countless RPs with no resemblance to the others. Does this play any significant role in conversions, in your opinion?

    We do everything ordered before 2:00 PM is shipped out that same day. (1 day handling time).

    Backorders are usually only around 3 days extra and we will notify the customer via an automated message.
