FBA Amazon Seller looking to move off of Webstore - HELP!
A few years ago we got pulled into selling on Amazon. Once we started doing FBA for almost all our products, the Amazon Webstore seemed like the only way to go so that our inventory would be in synch - plus amazon now warehouses most of our products.
Years have passed and I absolutely can't stand having my site through the Amazon Webstore platform. Unless you are extremely tech-savy, it is nearly impossible to make easy changes to my site. Adding things like a blog, gift registry , customized pages, etc. take weeks to research and more often than not I'm told I'll need to hire a 3rd party solution party to implement what seem to be simple adds to my site. I've wasted thousands of dollars trying to make my site what it used to be on cartkeeper yet I still have very little ability to make (what I think should be) quick changes.
Because most of my inventory is now warehoused with Amazon (plus that is where most of my sales come from - my actual site traffic is basically zero - inability to do much SEO??), I'm looking for a solution that would allow me to take back the ability to customize my site yet link to Amazon FBA for my products.
I've looked into wordpress for customization of my content pages but my site would still be through Amazon webstore so I don't think it is my best solution - plus it sounds like wordpress really shouldn't be used for ecommerce.
Anyone found the perfect solution out there that is friendly to us not so tech savy ecommerce store owners??:confused:
**Also I am a distributor of products - so the ability to link my wholesale, retail and amazon fba would be ideal.
Thanks in advance for your help!
