Woocommerce SEO - help required with Yoast Plugin

I have set up an ecommerce store using Woocommerce which is slowly getting off the ground and I've had a few sales. I installed the SEO by Yoast plugin but to be honest I am struggling to get my head around it. It seems to me some of my settings are incorrect and I am sure that some tweaking of the settings would help the site quite a lot. I have read the guide but still struggling.
I'd be willing to hire some help if anyone is out there wanting to assist. All I really need is to be sure that all of the SEO settings are correct and how they should be. The site is is at Canvas Art Rocks
