alt tags for images hidden

Hello
After running an audit on my website I found none of my images had alt tags.After knowing how to do this are these hidden when I hover over the picture. All see is my title description. They are there when click on properties detail and tags. Thanks

    Alt tags are invisible to the user. They are there for the visually impaired, most OS can sound out the alt tags when you hover on them.

    The visual hover over tags are the "title"
