eBay Category Limit Question

I just started up on eBay again recently. I had an account years ago that got banned so I created a stealth account recently and so far so good. Since it is a new account, I have it my 30 day selling limit in two categories. I will share one of those categories with you... it's the Gift Cards and Coupons category. I have something I know people want since they sell within a few hours after I list them. Here is my question:

There is nothing I can do to sell more until that 90 day account period hits so if I list in a different category that somewhat fits, will eBay see that and do something to screw up a good thing I got going? I know they are strict so thought I would ask.

I would also be open to using someone else's account or buying an aged eBay account as well.

    you can verify your account with them if you call them, that will put you at a 5 grand and 100 item limit over 20 catagories.

    I actually got a message from them to call them after a review of my account. I called and everything was squared away with whatever concern they had. What does verifying entail if I call them?
