Drop Shipping from ebay to amazon.. READ!

DSDomination is a flop - the only people making real money are the affiliates pushing the signups as they earn $10 - $20 per signup in commission. Amazon to eBay dropshipping has been around for years - I was doing this when I was 16 before Amazon had their own branded boxes which gives the game away these days. I am now 22 and own my own websites sourcing products direct from suppliers in the US and China.

I buy lots of items from Amazon and have them sent to Florida and I've never been charged any sales tax as the items are always shipped from out of state. I guess thats the risk of dropshipping and your prices need to reflect the taxes you will be charged.

You will not make any real money reselling Amazon products on eBay unless you find a golden nugget that costs $5,000 and you can resell it for $10,000 like I did once

It's far from a flop. I been with DSD since January 1st 2014 and now on eBay I am making $25,000 in sales per month. Remember if you take the opinions of negative people, you will only get negative results.

If you believe you can do it, you can.

Look. Just promote legitimate business - that is in conformity to best practices and terms of service.

You're right, ebay/az technique is tough because so many people are working that angle. I am successful using this technique but make most of my money using other sites to dropship from. I am not with dsd because I learned everything I need to know already.

Math.

Even if you were to find a product that did sell for 5-10 dollars in profit, how long does it take you to process that order? 10 minutes? 20 minutes? I'm talking on the front end AND the back end.

That's a 15 dollar an hour job right there.

I'd rather sell items with enormous margins and sell far fewer in order to make my 'time' worth it more.

I've watched a lot of the DSDomination videos over the past week. I decided to try to do a few AMZ to eBay listings as an experiment. Like others have stated, between the fees and taxes there is little left over: $2.92 on a $19.99 sale and $1.58 on a $35 listing. PLUS I had to constantly monitor the items on AMZ to make sure they'd be available when the listing ended. I don't think there is much here.
On the OTHER hand - I've been inundated with pitches from DSD members to sign up as part of their "team." It is just another angle on Network marketing. The only way to make money is to convince others to sign up.
And, the whole business model really plays loose with the TOS of AMZ and eBay. Also a few hints and "white lies" (yes they said that) in case a customer asks about why an item is not available. Enough said. It's not for me.

DSD is so good the owner has threatened to sue people who bad mouth the program, and give any money won in lawsuits to the affiliate that reported the 'slander.'

I joined a few months ago. Profited $145 1st month, $50 2nd month and then it dwindled to nothing because there are so many people doing this. The profits are too slim for the time involved. It's not impossible to make money but there is not a lot there. Like someone else said the people making the real money are those recruiting affiliates into the program. Plus many of them are violating Amazons terms of service by shipping using Prime.

I don't care how many sales you make, how much real profit are you making? The videos in the membership area are very weak. Roger Langille doesn't address any real concerns anyone has. In fact when I joined I joined the Facebook group also. Everyone there was just gushing over the program and over Roger. No real substance at all. I asked a few questions and questioned a few methods and results and then BAM I was kicked off the group.

Do you want to do this? Ok but don't pay the guys at DSD any money because you don't have to! Find a website like Amazon, Overstock or whereever that will ship products you purchase to someone else and hide your cost ( gift receipt ) and get started. Don't expect to make lots of money though.

eBay an Amazon are incredibly competitive nowadays. I've tried dropshipping golf products from UK to Australia and the market is tough there, even more so here in the UK
