Selling User Generated Digital Content & Copyright

Hey guys,

I'm looking at potentially starting a new project that would involve users submitting digital content (artwork in a way) that is then sold on a marketplace. I'm concerned that some may take the content from elsewhere and attempt to sell it via our channels. Has anyone got any experience in this field?

I'd appreciate any information regarding copyright and any other potential problems from those that may have done something like this in the past

Cheers.

Hi, I would sign up to Shutterstock or similar site as a content creator and read their T & Cs to see how they protect themselves from such scenarios. I assume your submissions will come from creators who have signed some sort of contract and disclaimer?

Hey Reprice. Thanks for the tip, didn't cross my mind. I haven't looked into disclaimer and such yet as wanted to clear this hurdle first. Many thanks

If anyone else has experience in this field, Id appreciate any advice
