Now I know that most people don't want to share all their secrets, but I was wondering if we could start a thread on what has worked most for you in your e-commerce/drop-shipping experience.

Lately I have been thinking of creating more product packages, with nice advertisements, perhaps seasonal. I've yet to get any real, converted traffic to my website, so I'd like some help in that area, but I've also been doing a lot of eBay, have sold a good amount, but profit margins are small, which appears to be common. So any tips in that area would be helpful too.

Another thing I'm focusing on, eBay-wise, is taking better photos, and creating a fresh template for my listings. Other than that, I'm just trying to spread links around the internet in hopes that things will begin to happen.

I was also wondering if anybody has had any luck getting discounts with FedEx as a business, etc. One of my drop-shippers charges way too much for shipping. In fact, I may DROP them. But until then, it would be nice to know if that were possible.

I've only had the business two weeks. But I have credit card payments accepted on my website, some social media outreach, AdWords, etc.

So what has been working for you? Even if it's just a dollar or two/customer or two difference?
