    everyone on here seems to want to deal with big companies stationed far away. How about getting a tax id and going to your local dealer and doing a deal with them to buy their undamaged returns. All they can say is no. I have found this technique works 1000% times better than dealing with foreigners 10000 miles away.

    Contact samsung directly is the best. See what is their requirement to buy in wholesales price.

    If not you can learn some repair handphone skill and buy those spoil phone at very low price. And sell it once you repair it. Very good profit.

      Repairing is trading time for money and limits your ability to scale. Going directly is not likely unless like Apple u go through some long winded authorized process and even then you likely will have to buy far more than one can initially afford in bulk unless one has deep pockets.
