Assistance with Profit Bandit

I have a general question about activating Profit Bandit. I have the app on my iphone4, and I signed up for a Pro-seller account on Amazon FBA. When I try to connect my PB app to my Amazon account via the phone, once the connection is complete, it tells me to return to Profit Bandit to continue. From there, I must go through the whole process again. Has anybody else faced this situation? I went through the process half a dozen times yesterday and couldn't get anywhere. I'm sure there's a simple solution, but I can't go sourcing effectively until I get this issue resolved. Does anybody want to venture a solution for me? Any assistance would be welcome and greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Do they have a phone number for support? I've never heard of Profit Bandit. Calling them directly might be your best bet.

      It's a scanning/scouting app for sourcing for Amazon FBA. Will call as a last resort.

    I am an FBA seller but unfortunately I do not use Profit Bandit myself so i cannot provide an answer. However I do know that the selling on Amazon forum at MySilentTeam.com is extremely helpful and there is a team of experienced sellers there. They most likely can answer your questions.

    Whenever I have questions about my FBA business that forum is my first stop.
