How to promote my landing page?

just start an online shop. with reference some mates said" lading page is a good methods to filter your potential customer? and build my list

But how to let people know my landing page? I have seem many banner advertisment in some high traffic website. and i have contact them about placing my banner advert, but never get reply?

any solution that I can use other website traffic and convert to mine??

      I have an new onlineshop selling watches.B to C . I want to make a speical landing page for my following promotions like" buy one get one free", " seasonal discount" . My dudes said landing page is good to grab target customer and easy for upsales later.

      But I am just curiosty , how to let people spot my landing page? should i try ppc like adword/bing ?
      I saw many adv banners appear in some high traffic website and forum, even in email check box.

      Anyone can tell me how to make my adv banner in those place?? or you have other great solutions?

      Most banner ads you see on high volume websites are served by ad programs like Google AdWords, or similar.
