i want to know can i have any problem if i sell copy of any brand like nike ,versace etc?

I would guess, yes but you might want to get the advice of a licensed legal professional and not a bunch of non-professionals on an Internet marketing forum.

Unless you live in China, don't do it. The Chinese government doesn't care about copyright laws unless it's their products.

That's like calling a Drug Lord in Columbia and mailing the drugs across the country. They will put your ass in jail dude. Save money on shipping, and sell those knock offs from China, in China.

I wonder what would be the point for a brand to spend millions on advertising dollars if just anybody can sell their products.

I hope you see the issue with that...

99% of all Brand Names that is sold on chinese wholesale sites are fake. You do not want to sell fake brand name products. first of all it is illegal, yes you can go to prison for doing that.

and for second how long do you think your business will last selling fake products?
You customers will hate you.

Unless you will sell it on the streets, where they can't catch you.

Your shipment could also be stopped in the customs, and they could fine you.

I do not know the laws in your country, but you should check them, before you make a purchase.

I would advised you to forget about copied products.

Here Is a business plan that you can follow..

what you could do is to invest in generic products, and create your own brand.

Invest in silver and gold plated jewellery. (Women are crazy about them)

I have already bought silver, and checked it out, and it was real silver. (but always buy to check if it is real)

Silver is super cheap, they sell it almost for the scrap metall price, Gold plated is even cheaper.

Make a e-commerce site, and make the prices EXPENSIVE But not To expensive that nobody would buy.

Marketing:

Use Groupon

For example, you sell a necklace that costs you $1 you set the price at $19 on groupon and set the real price at your ecomerce site at $120. You give the consumers Huge discount, they will think it is a great deal and buy it.

You can sell 1000 units, in one day!

Groupon works on commision only, they will take 30% of you earnings, if it is not changed by now.

Here is the math..

Income
1000 units at $19 = $19.000

Costs 1000 earings $1 = $1000
Shipment?

Groupon

$19.000 * 30% = $5700

Total cost $6700

Total Income: 19.000

Profit : 19.000-6700= $12300 plus/minus

Just go to groupon and see what jewellery is being sold and you will get an idea what sells good.

Never sell fake or copy products especially in eBay or anywhere.

Not worth it because when I just started earning my online income many years ago I sold fake beat headphone which i thought is original and got account banned.

If fake, of course you will have problems!
