Amazon account suspension

Hi

My account is not suspended but I have a question related to such situation.
Lets say I have well ranked website for specific product and put my affiliate links on. My question is how to fight with competition who can take your affiliate link put on craigslist or backpage and send the notice to Amazon to bring you down for breaking their TOS to kick off you from the business ? (:

It`s possible, and I think in many high competition markets it is happening all the time, the problem is Amazon stuff don`t want to talk with you once this happens, you can`t prove you didn`t.

Is there any way to fight with it ?

    You may want to hire a business like happyamazonseller.com to help and provide you with support in case you do get suspended to get you back and prove that you didn't. They key is found is to keep documented evidence and track using contracted where these affiliates are able to and not able to post such links. But contact them if you run into any suspensions on Amazon.
