Hi guys,

First off, I apologize if this is not in the right forum. Please feel free to move it if not

I would like to create a checkout page on my WP site. The process flow looks like this:
  1. Someone clicks on 1 of 4 products
  2. they choose any addons from a dropdown list
  3. they enter a discount code if applicable
  4. System automatically calculates pricing
  5. They think what a great deal and hit submit
  6. They pay through paypal.
  7. Once payment is accepted, they are taken to another page with a form where they can fill out any special requests.

Can someone tell me if I will need woocommerce, gravity forms or both to do this? How easy is this to setup - I have good knowledge of wordpress but know nothing about ecommerce.

Thanks!

Hey there. You can definitely do this with WooCommerce. Not sure if you need a forms plugin as well, or if you can do it completely in WooCommerce. Woo and PayPal both let you choose a page to send the user to after successful purchase. You would direct them to the special instructions form. Or, I think, you can also add a special instructions field directly in the Woo checkout process. I'm going from memory on that, but I believe it is the case.
