Hello Warrior Members.

I was thinking about using Prosociate for my webstore, but isnt there a way where people can actually COMPLETE the transaction on your website WITHOUT redirecting to amazon?

Another question, when selling amazon products on your webstore, are you the one who have to send the products or amazon do this?

Thank you.

Prosociate is just an affiliate store builder, not an actual eCommerce website. You need an eCommerce platform to actually get started selling your own product, as opposed to affiliating.

For hosted solutions check out Shopify, if you want to host yourself check out Wordpress with ecommerce plugins. At least this is my recommendation.

WooCommerce is a great plugin for Wordpress if you would like to go the wordpress route. Depending on what you are selling you could actually use wordpress as your landing and marketing pages and redirect to your own online shopping like magento or many other open source ecommerce platforms.

WooCommerce is pretty good if you want to keep it simple, but if you have more advanced needs like special promotions and retargeting you may want to look at Magento.

    Cheers,

Yes, i have WooCommerce but from what ive seen i cant post directly from amazon, with Prosociate i can do that.

But what i want is, Sell amazon products through my webstore, where my customers have to checkout and complete the payment on my webshop without going to amazon, becouse when they leave my webstore, that way i lose my customers?

Did not realize you meant you didn't have an actual product. There are a number of plugins and different software that will help you. I have used Associate-O-Matic, PremiumPress, and phpZon in the past.

Please keep in mind their short cookie life and visit https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/ to get started.

I use Prosociate with my site, I highly recommend it.

I basically picked a unique niche and focused on something specific (Don't make a store full of random products).

I setup my site so that when users click "buy product" it re-directs directly to the Amazon detail page vs. trying to add the item to the Amazon cart. I wouldn't worry about customers, I actually made my site so specific to this theme it's going to be a "go to" place for people to come back.

I'm averaging about 3000 monthly visitors and last month I made about $70.. nothing too impressive but I've since now expanded on WooCommerce site by doing the following:
-Teaming up with Etsy sellers who will let me dropship their products for higher profits
-Created a list of wholesalers who I can buy product from to resell on the site as physical goods in addition to my affiliate products
-I started an Amazon account to sell direct on Amazon in the same niche, most larger brands do this with the main site/eBay/Amazon stores.
-I use Pinterest daily and learned how to use it effectively, made it a business account and I just submitted approval for Rich Pins (Product details in your pins from your site)

Those are the basic tips I can provide. I like Prosociate as a starting point of what could potentially be a fully fledged business if you want to focus 100% on that as time allows, that is what I'm doing. It's also great credibility when applying to buy products wholesale.

Its sounds good. Keep up the good work and you will earn more in the future.

But when youre customers click on "buy product" do they usually come back again? I'm thinking buy prosociate so the customers can "add to cart" so on the checkout can be sent to amazon to pay, if there is a good plugin who can let the customers to complete the payment on the webshop instead of sending them to Amazon, that way you can keep the customers.

Can I ask what method(s) you use to get traffic? This is very much the idea I am looking into. Presumably there is a lot of duplicate content when using amazon/prosociate which I guess Google doesn't like?

            Thanks!
