Built sweet dropship software, but eBay selling limits!

Hi guys.

I've been doing dropshipping with a big supplier (20K+ sku's), and developed a piece of software to easily create eBay listings using the supplier's data feed (using a bunch of filters as well to only list certain types of items). It also does repricing and stock control. It works like a charm, but there's one problem: eBay selling limits!

The selling limits on my Store account are not exactly generous, so I could be selling tons more than I currently am. I talked to a few other sellers and realized there are big differences in selling limits between sellers. So now I'm curious. What kind of eBay selling limits do you guys have?

I've got up to 500 items or $12000, whichever comes first.

It's the new way eBay does things. Every 30 days call and request the amount to go up. They generally double it. As long as your account is in good standing you shouldn't have a problem getting the limit raised.

It's their way of making sure you're a legit seller. No one has an unlimited account anymore.
