Does anyone know how to get an email form for a blogger page. Something simple like this:

    First are you using Wordpress? If so, you can install a plugin.

    Clearly not? The OP specified "a Blogger page" and is therefore using "Blogger", not WordPress.

    You can check out wufoo(dot)com. You cannot integrate it with blogger but you can insert your contact form link on your post.
