Hi, I send two a day. One in morning 8.30 am and one in afternoon around 4pm. Make sure you have it set that its local for everyone so that is 8.30 am based on location. Hope that makes sense.

It really all depends. If you are flooded with a prolific amount of really good information you could send them everyday or even more. This is a topic that is discussed here so much.

The best thing to do is set up your expectations in that first contact email with your List.

Whether its twice a day or twice a month, if you are strategic about it and have a lot to offer you can get your Subs engaged no matter what by setting the tone in that first contact with them

      This.

You need to set their expectations. As long as your email sending-frequency matches their expectations of your email sending-frequency, you shouldn't go far wrong, on that front.

(I do this before they opt in, and in the "free report" I give them for opting in, and again in the first series email.)

How successful email marketing is for people depends on a huge variety of different factors, but at its most simple level, nearly all of those factors boil down to being "things connected with expectation-setting and fulfilling" or "things connected with continuity". These are very much The Two Big Issues.

I send email (in every niche in which I do business) on days 1, 3, 6, 10 and 15, and thereafter at 5-day intervals, with a product-recommendation typically occupying the second half of every third email.

I also do all the stuff in post #8 of this thread, which works well for me (that's an understatement : I wouldn't have any income worth talking about, probably, without doing all that!).

And I give away something which serves all the purposes set out in post #7 of this thread, (also kind of a "bare minimum essential"!).

      .

I give the first one instantly, second one the next day, then every 2 (or sometimes 3 days). Some highly successful companies send out a daily email (so even that may be an option as outrageous as it sounds). Too much time between emails they kind of "forget" about you - you want them to get to know you, see your name in their inbox almost everyday.
