It doesn't make any difference to me at all.

What matters is that my subscribers are expecting and awaiting my next email, knowing what's coming up next, and when, and why. If you get that right, there's no need to think about the time of day.

    It's all about continuity.

To which time-zone? I think I probably have subscribers in almost all 24 of the world's time-zones. Even just the "English-speaking world" covers an awful lot of them.

Some people send them at the exact times of day at which people subscribed. I wouldn't fancy it, myself, but "there it is". Still, it seems to be widely discussed here, in spite of that: maybe many marketers have lists of subscribers all living in the same time-zone, or something?

Another thing to consider is how your email subscribers won't be sitting at their email box waiting for your email. So even if you know exactly when to send an email, they still might not get around to checking emails or opening until two hours later. Why not just poll your own email subscribers to ask about such things as when they typically check email or open your emails. In this way, you are at least engaging the people who matter most, rather than trying to gain a general point of view from others who are not even on your list.

There are all sorts of analytics you can run on what you are currently doing - ultimately if you have a good list and an even better subject line that is where you should probably be more invested.

It really depends on what your goals are.

If you're promoting a new anticipated launch, then it's best to send as soonas the product comes out, because ususally there's a discount.

But for training articles i send to my list, i just send whenever i finished one, doesn't really matter, because as what Alexa says the people that see value in your mails will read them anyways if they see your name in their inbox.

I always set our email blasts around midday of any country I am focusing on.

The reason is this. When I arrive at tye office I get slammed with lots of junk mail so I'm more cold and delete then in a big batch.

By midday the general person has settled into work and will gi e an extra moment to look at your email. Just look at your own general emailing habits.

Also midday because large countries like Australia we set to Sydney midday time because that's our main focus BUT if they live in Perth which is on the other side of the continent it would be worst case 9 am aassuming we don't have all physical address details.

That being said if they want your business they will contact you regardless... but why not optimise your chances for success.

Best time to send e-mail is before the launch time and after the dinner.

10-12 in the morning and 7-9 in the afternoon.

We can discuss and tell our opinions for hours here but there is nothing to confirm or decline this.

Just try these hours, and if you have bad results try different.

    It mostly dependes on you.

    I have been experimenting with the times and days in the following articles. I will add I have seen slight improvements with open and click rates, but hard to tell if this is down to the changes of time or other random forces at work;

Many peeps I talked to see best results early evening.

When I do Broadcasts I do them in morning and have good results with that.

All Lists are unique. One List may react differently than another one

      Just test it yourself.

If your audience are professionals then send your emails in relevance to that..... I would suggest Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 9:30am to 11:15am.

Mondays should be avoided and in my experience if your email is awaiting a professional when they arrive to work they are more likely to bulk select and delete, simply to feel less overwhelmed by their overflowing inbox.

If you're working to a different audience then work through their journey.
