will my domain be blocked if I use another server to send email blast

New here, and I am just starting email marketing recently.
Would you help with my simply question:
If I use a third-party server, such as webpower, to send emails, and client will see the email is sent from my name@company domain, while actually, as I understand, the email is sent from the server's domain. So if customers get annoyed about the emails, and list it in the blacklist, will I have problem of sending emails to these people by using another email address @ my company domain?
