    Only a self-hosted one, usually.

GetResponse offers a service where they'll test a proportion of the list themselves, and allow you to import it without a re-confirmation if it passes their tests. Was your Aweber account lost as a result of spam complaints? (I ask not to criticise, but because if it was, then it's extremely unlikely that GetResponse would accept the list, because they'd rapidly have the same problems, with it?)

If they won't accept it, then it's extremely unlikely that any other hosted autoresponder service will allow you to import it. You can easily imagine how open to abuse such a facility would be? And what a negative impact it would have on all their other customers, if they did?

I suspect that a self-hosted solution will be what you need. But be aware that, that way, it will be the security and continuity of your own ESP and related services exposed to all the risks, rather than those of an autoresponder service which, to some extent, insulates their customers from such problems.

Try using Getresponse as Alexa said. If your list doesn't have a lot of spam complaints
