Hi,

So i have an E-Commerce store and i would like to do email marketing for example latest promotions.

I just signed up a trial account for $1 for aweber, from what i see A Weber needs a sign up form and the subsriber needs to confirm the subscribtion before i can send them emals.

Wherelse a wordpress newsletter plugin normally just need you to put the email addresses that you have and then it can be sent out. The receiver do have an option to unsubscribe later .

What are you guys opinions ?

It's better to go with a double opt-in like aweber. The reason being it's harder for people to claim they are being spammed if they confirm that they opted in to begin with.

Aweber is not "a double opt-in service": it's a service which offers its customers a choice between single opt-in and confirmed opt-in.

In my opinion, you'll have far better deliverability to in-boxes using a service as professional and experienced as Aweber, and with their reputation among ESP's. A "home-made list", built with a WordPress plugin, will also almost certainly never be importable into any established autoresponder service without all the subscribers needing to re-confirm (which can effectively lose most of them). This really isn't an area of marketing for "starting off the easy way, hoping to transfer to something more reliable later".

Is is possible in Aweber if i can just insert other people emails and send them mail without them signing up and confirming subscription?

But there will be a footer below which allows them to unsubscripe

You could also try Freshmail that can be set as a single opt in or double opt in subscription. It has also stunning newsletter templates with nice drag & drop editor. And if your website is builded on WordPress you'll be interested by this WordPress sign up form plugin.
