Which is better ? When and why?

Such as email marketing is that incentive or non incentive? I get confused,

Not sure what you mean in the email marketing part.

In general, you need to test the 2 to see which works best for you, however, when you look at the warrior forum and online in general, most, if not all marketing, is incentive based.

Who isn't offering a free report in exchange for your email?

Everyone is offering something in exchange for a lead.

Also, those who are promoting a big launch product in an email, usually give you some sort of incentive to buy from them as opposed to others promoting the same product.

It seems that incentive based marketing is most popular.

Opinions differ.

I think for email marketing, an opt-in incentive is much better, because if you have one, you can use it to fulfil all the objectives you need to fulfil, in order to get a really high open-rate for the emails you send after it. And that's what your income depends on.

Not sure I understand your question 100% However if you are building a business online.

I recommend capturing e-mails and usually in order for that to work you should offer an incentive.
