Want to learn Email Marketing

Hello every one i have a small query and am not sure if there is a post already on this forum about it..

I am working for an ICT firm where we develop Web Applications and websites.
We are trying to promote our brand through Email Marketing.

So my queries here are:
1. "how does email marketing work?"
2. "How do i create my email list??
3. "and what sort of resources do i need to get started?"

    when it comes to email marketing, you have to consider different things.

    I can recommend you 2 Email Marketing courses which are in my opinion the best out there:

    1. The first one is from Chris Rempel, it's called Rapid List Profit Formula
    VIP Confessions - Rapid List Profit Formula

    2. The second one which is great too is called Autoresponder Madness from Andre Chaperon
    AUTORESPONDER MADNESS — Email Marketing On Steroids – Using the Art of “Serialized” Storytelling To Connect, Persuade & Influence (like a boss!)

      There are a ton of email marketing discussions from different people who have been successful in doing this strategy so I think it's all up to you which one to follow that will work for your company.

      However, using an auto responder is one thing that you should have. We are/I am using Getresponse, too.

    From their create a landing page and start collecting emails.

    In order to start collecting subscribers offer a freebie ex: free report

    From their continue to communicate through e-mail follow ups.

    You can monetize your list with affiliate offers solving their problems.

      1. Email marketing helps you to communicate with your subscribers and prospects (not a
      customer yet). You need to create the RAPPORT and RELATIONSHIP with them. Once you have successfully built that foundation, you would gain them the TRUST. Business will come as the result as base trust you have established for certain period.

      2. You can acquire the lists in addition to your existing ones. You have the choices of free
      and paid lists. Prior to this, you need to apply for the autoresponder service.
      Getresponse and Aweber are the most well-known ones. For me, I am using Aweber.

      3. For free traffic, you can contribute to the forums of the websites which your targeted
      customers frequently visit. You can put your signature there so people can come to
      your website. Another is paid traffic. There is the Solo Ads sellers and you can search
      this over google to get the offer from the sellers.

      4. You are required to create the squeeze page so that the interested prospects could

    Email marketing is not a easy task though and without practice you are not going to become an expert.
    So, i would like to learn it and try it if for free.
    I have no money to pay for that.

    I think you need a complete guide on email marketing. Use the Search function of this forum, you'll get a lot of useful threads. I recommend that you listen to some experts on youtube too. You'll get a wealth of knowledge there.
