I'm using AWeber and AWProTools.

Let's just assume that I'm driving opt-ins to my email marketing system with multiple angles (e.g. report #1, report #2, report #3, etc. where all of them are different ways to solve the same problem).

Here's my best attempt to explain what I have.

However, as I move subscribers around (manually or through automation), the footer of why they subscribed to my list would be changed, since they are technically not on the same list anymore.

What would be the rule of thumb of the subscription notice at the footer of the emails (for permission-based marketing)?
