help: copy email addresses from lots of emails and bulk send

hi,

I am looking to set up a paid service to local businesses but am not sure of the best way to set it up.

This is what I want to

Do a draw (competition) via a simple email and first name form on my website. I then select a winner and tell them the good news.That's the simple part

However, I want to offer everyone who entered the draw a discount voucher from my client. I can arrange the coupon but just not sure how to copy all email addresses from multiple emails and then bulk email everyone

So, I will have lots of emails and I want to

1. extract everyone's email from all these entries
2. Bulk email everyone (except the winner) witha "hard luck you didn't win but here is a 20% voucher" type email after the draw

any ideas?

    Take a look at a program called MasterForm from willmaster.com. One of the options is to add form contents to a flat-file database (like the comma-delimited files you get from Google's keyword tool and many financial programs). You could then extract the emails to a separate file, delete the winner, and use a service like Amazon's to do the actual mailing.
