Help with launching a coaching program to an email list?

I'm at the point where I would like to monetize my list by offering a private coaching program.

I'm an UX Consultant, so I have a lot of experience coaching people.

My question is, what is the best way to launch this to my list?

Everything I've read about product launches seem to include a sequence followed by a "cart open and cart closed".

None of that seems to apply to a coaching program.

I plan on only offering a few slots, to scarcity will be a part of it, but should I spread this launch out over a number of emails, or is there a different approach I'm missing?

    I don't see why this wouldn't apply to a coaching program. If you're worried about not filling up the available slots, then just add to the scarcity by upping the price after the initial launch period. Or better yet, re-open every x number of months.

    If you're already giving out great content and your list is following you. You will have no problem filling up those spots!

    Do a preluanch to hype it up

    Email 1 ask them if they are interested and have them reply
    Email 2 thank them for their feedback and say you are launching it and provide details
    Email 3 tell them about free bonuses they will be getting when launch happens and they have 24 48 hours to claim the launch
    Email 4 Remind them Launch is coming up
    Email 5 Launch day send to sales page remind them of bonuses and the limited time offer or if you don't have any bonuses have the price raised after 24 or 48 hours
    Email 6 say seats are filling up remind them of bonuses + benefits+ price going up/or bonuses ending
    Email 7 Remind them coaching ends in 24 hours or 48 72 you can make that decision
    Email 8 Say something like the coaching programs ends today SECURE YOUR SEAT! something to that effect really inject the scarcity remind them of benefits

    Fear of loss is greater than what a person will gain
